Our return policy is 30 days for dog training equipment, 15 days for general merchandise & 10 days for rifle scopes, spotting scopes & night vision optics.

Merchandise may be returned within 15 days minus S&H plus transaction fees (6.4%) to the sending warehouse only, providing the item(s) are in their original packaging & are in re-saleable condition. An RA number must be obtained by calling or emailing CTI. Return items must be shipped back by UPS or Fed Ex with the tracking number emailed to CTI. Free shipping items that are returned will be assessed the shipping charges that were incurred by CTI upon returning. Unless defective, all sales are final on paintball markers, automatic knives & crossbows. Refer to the manufacturer for service after the sale.
